3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to comply with the following obligations:

- Comply with all venue rules, safety instructions, security procedures, and lawful directions of our personnel;
- Behave in a respectful manner toward staff, performers, guests, and neighboring establishments;

- Not bring prohibited items into the premises, including illegal drugs, weapons, hazardous materials, or any item restricted by law or venue policy;

4. Payment Terms and Conditions
All prices for food, beverages, seating, reservations, event packages, service charges, deposits, and other fees will be communicated through our menus, booking confirmations, official channels, or on-site notices. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and may be subject to applicable taxes, service charges, and other lawful charges.
- Reservations and deposits: Certain bookings, including private events, group dining, and premium seating, may require a non-refundable or partially refundable deposit to secure the reservation.
- Minimum spend: Some areas, dates, or events may require a minimum spend, which will be disclosed before confirmation.
- Payment methods: We may accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, or other payment methods as announced from time to time.
- Authorization: By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate.
- Failed payments: We may cancel or suspend any booking or service if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not successfully completed.

- Force majeure and safety-related cancellations: If services are disrupted due to force majeure, government restrictions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, refunds or credits, if any, will be handled in a fair and lawful manner based on the circumstances.
Refunds, where approved, will generally be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment processor timelines.
6. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Golden Horizon Sunset Club, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, performers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from or related to your use of our services.

We are not liable for delays, service interruptions, or technical failures caused by third-party providers, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Alcoholic beverages are served subject to age verification and responsible service policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated or otherwise unfit to consume alcohol safely.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, trade names, designs, photographs, menus, event concepts, promotional materials, music selections, website content, and other intellectual property associated with Golden Horizon Sunset Club are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties, where applicable.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law.

13. Severability Clause
